Résumé · updated September 2026

Summary

Product analyst and growth operator, eight years across SaaS. I build the systems that produce and prove a number: instrumentation, taxonomies, dashboards, churn models, and the content operations that turn findings into pipeline.

The through-line is measurement rather than tooling. Five engagements where the first deliverable was an audit, and in three of them the audit found the reporting was wrong before anyone had made a decision on it.

Experience

Founder & Principal — theuserflow.co (Flow)

2024 – present

  • Strategic consulting that ships production systems: analytics instrumentation, GTM strategy, competitive intelligence and implementation for SaaS.
  • Personally sold and closed $15K–$30K engagements — FormDR, Scale Insights and DialMyCalls among them — with broader-team deals reaching $100K/month at the extreme end.
  • Typical engagement: 12–16 weeks, $25–40K, 200+ production files, with a results guarantee rather than a deck.
  • Engagements detailed below (FormDR, Scale Insights, HackingHR, Net Atelier, DialMyCalls, CYE and the content brands) were delivered under Flow.

Client Services & Delivery — agency (monday.com, Guardio, CirclesUp)

prior to Flow

  • Managed client services and delivery for monday.com, Guardio and CirclesUp while they were clients of the agency I worked at — scoping, cadence, escalation and retention on accounts at real scale (Guardio 1.5M+ users).

Product Analytics & Research — FormDR

2024 – 2026

  • Designed and shipped 281 analytics events across in-app, marketing and legacy surfaces, with funnel definitions for activation and the core clinical workflows.
  • Audited property coverage before release and found org-level properties at 0%. Every organisation metric would have been wrong for months, with no error to show for it.
  • Connected Stripe to the warehouse and analysed 349,244 rows, surfacing a failed-payment retry window holding $1,041,637 in recoverable revenue and $243,650 in lost lifetime value.
  • Ran jobs-to-be-done research across 60 of 82 recorded sales calls (73% coverage), producing 85 uncatalogued jobs and a 27-claim verification scorecard.
  • Designed a HIPAA-conscious analytics model with no protected health information in any event, which sharpened rather than weakened the taxonomy.
  • Built a churn-prevention flow inside a vendor platform’s ten-experience limit by engineering a variant mechanism: 16 experiences reduced to 3, plus an offline test rig that caught three publishing defects before release.

Product Analytics Engineering — Scale Insights

2024 – 2025

  • Built a Python analytics framework on the Amplitude API, seven modules and 2,100 lines, replacing manual reporting.
  • Fixed mathematically impossible funnel outputs above 100% conversion by implementing sequential progression with unique users.
  • Delivered an eleven-dashboard programme and 39 charts from scripted definitions, so a definition change propagates rather than being hand-copied.
  • Ran nine statistical tests across two months of product data. Zero were significant. Reported as such, including the upgrade rate moving 0.98% to 1.14% at p=0.4453.
  • Generated a 250-subtask project board through an API-driving agent in about fifty minutes, re-runnable when the plan changes.

Director of Growth — HackingHR

2024 – 2025

  • Reconciled two systems that disagreed about the same customer base by 2,868 users, tracing the gap to instrumentation lag rather than a billing error.
  • Built an ML churn model with driver ranking and a revenue-at-risk scenario, with model assumptions stated rather than buried.
  • Found that a reported 45% engagement rate was closer to 18%, by separating automated email security clicks from human ones.

Product Management & QA — Net Atelier

2024 – 2026

  • Built GTM strategy, a three-scenario financial model validated at 92% against published industry benchmarks, and a competitive teardown with verified pricing across six competitors.
  • Fact-checked a board deck claim by claim: 30 claims examined, 6 fabricated, including two personas that did not exist and a market size that was off by a factor of four.
  • Built an automated checkout test harness covering every plan, seat count and card type, with a verdict taxonomy that separates environment failures from product defects.

Product Analytics — DialMyCalls

2024

  • Built the first behavioural baseline the business had ever had, from raw billing and usage.
  • Surfaced $1,300 a month leaking through unrecovered failed payments, silent renewals and downgrades that never triggered a retention flow, in about two hours.
  • Identified that 66.49% of active users lacked the segmentation assignments that attribution and churn analysis depended on.

Content Strategy & Analytics — Spikerz, Tasq, CYE & Willow (agency contract)

2025 – 2026

  • Ran a 90-day AI search visibility programme across four brands: 96 published pieces, PostHog tracking on every brand site, and weekly visibility testing across 40 prompts on three platforms.
  • Built the research and verification stack: an evidence registry with verbatim quotations and freshness windows, a 197-rule lint layer, and a claims registry governing what each brand may assert.
  • Established an AEO baseline of 0 of 57 buying questions cited, turning an impression into a measurable starting point.

Earlier

Digital Transformation Lead — retail, 35-person team

prior

  • Led an omnichannel transformation migrating legacy COBOL systems to modern headless infrastructure, with retraining running in step with the migration.
  • Zero layoffs and 20% revenue growth through a rebuild that kept delivery running throughout.

Ghostwriting & Investor Marketing — Steinbeis network · Pitchbird (Magdalena Reith) · Lion Capital Management

prior

  • Ghostwrote a 26,335-word book on investor pitching for a German investor-marketing consultancy: fourteen chapters and an appendix, one chapter designed rather than written.
  • Wrote investor letters supporting M&A transactions, and investor materials for large energy projects including mezzanine financing.
  • Freelance writing across the Steinbeis network in Germany; worked with Magdalena Reith (Pitchbird.de) on investor marketing; connections at Lion Capital Management for financing and M&A work.

Selected clients & ventures

FormDR · Scale Insights · DialMyCalls · HackingHR · Net Atelier · QForm · GetLeo · PitchBird · Gainify (since shut down) · CYE · Spikerz · Tasq · Willow · and own products under ProductQuant (trade-site generator, signal pipeline, content studio). Agency-side client services for monday.com, Guardio and CirclesUp. Sales track record: $15K–$30K engagements personally sold and closed; broader-team deals up to $100K/month at the extreme end.
